1. Definitions

  • Service Provider: AI Funded Flow Trading, the entity providing the Services under these Terms.

  • Client: Any individual or entity purchasing or using the Services.

  • Services: Educational resources, consultation, coaching, simulation-system execution, dashboard access, performance analytics, digital products, and training materials.

  • Simulation System: A virtual trading environment used solely for educational, analytical, research, and demonstration purposes.

  • Dashboard: The online interface providing analytics, performance data, guidance, and educational insights.

  • Third-Party Companies: Any external prop firm, broker, platform, software provider, or service not owned or controlled by the Service Provider.


2. Scope of Services

2.1. The Services provided are strictly educational, analytical, advisory, and simulation-based.
2.2. We do not provide real trading, investment advice, brokerage services, portfolio management, or any regulated financial activity.
2.3. All Services operate exclusively within a non-live, simulated environment.
2.4. No Service guarantees profits, live trading success, or real-market outcomes.


3. Dashboard Access, Management & Simulation Execution

3.1. Clients may receive access to a dashboard containing analytics, educational tools, insights, and performance metrics.
3.2. We may provide consultation, performance guidance, strategy feedback, and improvement frameworks.
3.3. Any guidance is informational only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.

3.4 Simulation Trading Execution

As part of the Services, the Service Provider may operate or manage actions within a simulation-based trading system on the Client’s behalf.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • No real money, real markets, or live execution are involved

  • This does not constitute discretionary trading, asset management, or regulated activity

  • Simulation results are for training, modelling, and research only

  • The Client remains solely responsible for any real-world trading decisions outside the simulation environment


4. Third-Party Companies Disclaimer

4.1. We have no control over third-party prop firms, brokers, platforms, or software providers.
4.2. We are not responsible for third-party actions, including but not limited to:

  • Payout denials or reversals

  • Account bans or terminations

  • Compliance checks or rule changes

  • Evaluation failures

  • Withdrawal rejections

  • Platform outages or technical issues

4.3. No liability exists for any third-party outcome, except where expressly stated in Section 6.


5. Prop Firm & Payout Disclaimer

5.1. We do not guarantee prop firm approvals, payouts, or withdrawals.
5.2. Many prop firms operate partially or fully on simulated models and may deny or restrict payouts at their discretion.
5.3. The Service Provider is not liable for denied payouts, missed withdrawals, account closures, or firm policy changes.
5.4. All third-party risk is assumed entirely by the Client.


6. Challenge Guarantee, Payments & Refund Policy

6.1 Challenge Guarantee

Where a Client purchases a service that includes a Challenge Pass Guarantee, the following applies:

  • If the Service Provider fails to pass the applicable prop firm challenge, the Client is entitled to:

    • A full refund of all amounts paid, plus USD $249 in compensation

  • This guarantee applies only to challenge-passing outcomes and does not extend to:

    • Payout approvals

    • Withdrawals

    • Account scaling

    • Third-party compliance decisions

6.2 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds under the Challenge Guarantee will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method, where possible.

6.3 General Payment Terms

  • Except for the Challenge Guarantee explicitly stated above, all payments are final.

  • No refunds are issued for dissatisfaction, misunderstandings, performance expectations, or third-party actions.

6.4 Chargebacks & Disputes

  • The Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes outside the Challenge Guarantee.

  • Any abusive or fraudulent chargeback attempt constitutes a material breach and may result in:

    • Immediate termination of services

    • Evidence submission to payment processors

    • Legal recovery and collection actions


7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Remain fully responsible for all real-world trading decisions

  • Comply with all third-party platform rules

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Accept full responsibility for their accounts, actions, and outcomes


8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

  • Trading losses

  • Missed payouts

  • Third-party actions or failures

  • Performance outcomes

  • Technical disruptions

  • Any direct or indirect financial loss

8.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider’s total liability is limited to USD $0, except for amounts payable under the Challenge Guarantee in Section 6.


9. Waiver of Legal Action

9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client waives all rights to legal action against the Service Provider.
9.2. This includes claims relating to Services, payments, outcomes, or third-party actions.

9.3 Comprehensive Legal Waiver

The Client expressly waives any right to initiate or participate in:

  • Lawsuits

  • Arbitration

  • Mediation

  • Claims for damages

  • Complaints

  • Class actions

  • Legal proceedings of any kind

against the Service Provider, its directors, employees, contractors, or partners, in any jurisdiction.

The Client agrees that their sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services, except where a refund is expressly granted under Section 6.


10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider operates.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively within that jurisdiction.


11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between the Service Provider and the Client and supersede all prior communications or representations.
